Your safari starts with a conversation. Sharing the right details helps Tartaruga Safaris propose a journey that fits your party, priorities and available time.
Dates, arrival point and group size
Send your preferred dates, any booked flights and the number of adults and children. Include children’s ages and tell us whether your dates are flexible.
Comfort and room arrangements
Let us know your preferred accommodation level and who will share each room. Separate beds, family rooms and connecting rooms need to be checked with the selected properties.
Activities and pace
Describe your main interests and how active you want the holiday to be. Long drives, walking activities and early starts affect people differently, so share any limits that matter to you.
Access and dietary needs
Tell us about step-free access, mobility equipment and dietary requirements before we choose properties or vehicles. We will check the practical arrangements with the relevant suppliers.
Your priorities and budget
A useful budget range lets us suggest realistic options. We explain the proposed inclusions, exclusions and payment arrangements in your written quotation.
