3 Days Rwanda Gorilla Trekking Proposal

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 · Kigali to the Volcanoes area

Meet your driver in Kigali and travel to your lodge near Volcanoes National Park. Allow time to settle in and prepare for the following day. The meeting time and lodge are confirmed around your arrival arrangements.

Day 2 · Gorilla trekking

Attend the park briefing and join the assigned ranger-led trek, subject to a confirmed permit. Walking time and terrain vary. Return to the lodge after the trek; keep the remainder of the day flexible.

Day 3 · Return to Kigali

After breakfast, return to Kigali. Any city visit depends on your departure schedule and is quoted separately unless included. Allow a suitable airport connection margin.

Proposed inclusions

• One standard gorilla trekking permit per traveller.

The Uganda fly-in proposal also requires the stated domestic flights, confirmed in the written quotation.

Price on request

The final price depends on travel dates, party size, room sharing, lodge choice, permits and transport. Ask for an itemised quotation. This is a customisable proposal, not a guaranteed departure; do not book connecting travel until arrangements are confirmed.

Forest trekking can involve steep, muddy and uneven ground. Tell us about practical support needs before committing. Park rules, participant eligibility and permit availability must be checked for your dates. Wildlife sightings and a specific trekking group cannot be guaranteed.
