- Our team contacts the school through the agreed connection and confirms whether a visit is appropriate. We discuss current needs, the number of visitors and the timing with staff. If you wish to bring supplies, use the school’s needs list rather than purchasing items at random.

- Our guide introduces you to the staff member leading the visit. Around one hour can be allowed if the school agrees; the time may be shorter or longer. Activities such as drawing or learning a few signs depend entirely on the teachers’ plan and the children’s willing participation.

- Give any agreed materials through the school administration and let staff manage distribution. Return to your hotel or continue the separately booked activity. You can also support the school without visiting; no donation purchases access to children.
