• How much does it cost?

  From US$4,600 per person for the approximately one-hour option, subject to written confirmation of availability, aircraft capacity and inclusions. Ground transfers are quoted separately.

• Where does the flight depart?

  The researched option departs from Moshi Airport. Your final confirmation specifies the reporting point and time; it is not automatically a Kilimanjaro International Airport departure.

• How long is the experience?

  The researched flight is about one hour. Allow additional time for reporting, briefing, loading and any ground transfers.

• Will we land on the summit?

  No summit landing is included. This page does not offer a crater overflight; the pilot follows the authorised route.

• Is the helicopter private?

  We confirm whether your quotation is for an exclusive charter or a seat-based arrangement. Do not assume exclusivity from a per-person price.

• Can children join?

  Share their ages when enquiring. The operator must confirm age, seating and restraint requirements and the applicable fare.

• What if the weather is unsuitable?

  The operating company decides whether the flight can proceed. Rebooking and refund conditions must be confirmed in writing before payment.

• Are transfers included?

  Ground transfers are quoted separately unless your written offer includes them.

• What should I bring?

  Follow the operator’s baggage and clothing guidance. Secure loose belongings, keep your camera safely stowed during boarding and use it only as instructed.

• How do we reserve?

  Send your preferred date, number of travellers and pickup location. We check the flight and send a written quotation before asking you to commit.
