• Is this itinerary confirmed wheelchair accessible?

  It is an individually planned proposal. We must verify your required vehicle boarding, seating, wheelchair carriage, room access and bathroom facilities before accepting a booking. We do not claim a lift, ramp or adapted vehicle until a specific supplier confirms it.

• Can I stay seated in my wheelchair in the vehicle?

  Only if a specifically confirmed vehicle safely supports that arrangement. Do not assume it is possible in a standard safari vehicle. Tell us whether a transfer to a vehicle seat is acceptable.

• What wheelchair details do you need?

  Share dimensions, weight, whether it folds, and battery specifications if powered. Describe practical needs without sending a diagnosis through the general form.

• Are accessible toilets guaranteed at every stop?

  No. We verify suitable facilities and the intervals between them before booking. Tell us the features you require so suitability can be assessed.

• What room details are checked?

  Where overnight accommodation is included, we check the specific room entrance, thresholds, door widths, bed setup, shower, toilet and route to dining. A general hotel label is insufficient.

• Does a guide provide personal care?

  Personal care, lifting and specialist assistance are not assumed guide duties. Discuss any required assistance and whether a companion or separately arranged support person will provide it.

• Is this a walking itinerary?

  The core programme is vehicle-based. Any optional activity requires its own access assessment and your agreement.

• Can family or friends join?

  Yes. We plan the vehicle capacity, room sharing and programme for your whole party, subject to the required equipment and space.

• How much does it cost?

  Price on request. We provide a written quotation after checking the actual vehicle, rooms, support and dates.

• What if a checked facility changes?

  We reconfirm key arrangements before travel and discuss workable alternatives if a supplier changes a facility. An unsuitable substitute should not be treated as equivalent without your agreement.
