Day 1

Arrive at your private island

  • Travel by the confirmed helicopter connection or via Mafia Island and a private boat transfer. Meet the island team and settle into your agreed accommodation. Your arrival arrangements and their cost are confirmed individually. Overnight: Thanda Island. Meals: as contracted.
Day 2

Reefs and the boathouse

  • Discuss the tides with your guide and choose from the activities included in your contracted island package. Snorkelling and shore time can be balanced with a relaxed lunch. Motorised activities and specialist excursions require confirmation. Overnight: Thanda Island. Meals: as contracted.
Day 3

Time together on the island

  • Keep the day open for the beach, pool and your group’s preferred pace. Plan family activities, quiet spaces and mealtimes with the island team. Overnight: Thanda Island. Meals: as contracted.
Day 4

A tailored ocean day

  • Choose a suitable ocean experience with the marine team. Weather, permits and equipment determine what is possible. Optional diving or fishing is included only when specified in the written agreement. Overnight: Thanda Island. Meals: as contracted.
Day 5

A slow final full day

  • Enjoy the freedom to spend time together without a transfer. Optional treatments and special dining arrangements can be requested in advance and quoted where required. Overnight: Thanda Island. Meals: as contracted.
Day 6

Depart Thanda Island

  • Leave at the confirmed time by boat and onward flight or helicopter. Allow suitable connection time before an international flight. Meals and transfers follow your final written contract. No island overnight tonight.
