How to Plan Your Tanzania Safari

Start with the experience you want, then build a route that gives it enough time. Our team will help turn your ideas into a practical written itinerary.
Choose your priorities
Tell us whether wildlife safaris, photography, cultural visits, mountains or beach time matter most. A short trip benefits from a focused route. More days allow extra nights in the places you enjoy, rather than simply more destinations.
Match the route to your travel dates
Seasonal wildlife movements and lodge locations influence a safari. Ask our team for advice on your actual dates. Migration river crossings and clear mountain views cannot be guaranteed.
Agree the accommodation and pace
Choose budget, midrange, luxury or high-end comfort and tell us how much time you want between activities. We will identify proposed properties and room arrangements in the quotation. Family rooms, wheelchair access and dietary needs are checked individually.
Understand the price
Our starting prices are per person and identify their group and room-sharing basis. A final quotation covers your dates and agreed inclusions. Smaller groups, solo rooms, flights, different lodges and optional activities may change the total.
Confirm and prepare
Once the itinerary and supplier availability are confirmed, we explain payment dates and the applicable terms. You receive practical preparation advice and arrival arrangements. Your enquiry starts the conversation; submitting a form does not by itself reserve accommodation.
