Discover Tanzania with family, friends or colleagues. These six private programmes welcome enquiries from Tanzanian, Kenyan, Ugandan and Rwandan citizens.

Choose a day or a short escape

Explore Ngorongoro, Tarangire or Arusha National Park in a day, combine two parks over two days, or ask for the full-day Materuni and Serval experience. Each programme has its own meeting point, pace and inclusions.

Your fee category

Tell us each traveller’s citizenship, age and travel dates. We check the rules of the relevant park and attraction before quoting. A residence permit is not automatically proof of citizenship, and members of the same group may fall into different fee categories.

A clear group quotation

We confirm transport, guide services, entries, meals and any overnight rooms in writing. Prices are available on request. Private attractions and accommodation do not necessarily use the same citizen categories as national parks.

Travel prepared

Bring the original documents accepted for your booking. We will explain these before departure. Children’s ages and identification can affect quotations and entry requirements. Border travel, visas and transport to the safari meeting point are separate unless stated.

Plan around your group

Any group size can enquire. Tell us if you need family rooms, accessible arrangements or a particular language. For an unhurried crater visit, consider staying in Karatu beforehand rather than adding a very early Arusha transfer.
