• Are both flights included?

  The final quotation must explicitly include the named outbound and return domestic flights, relevant airport and airstrip transfers, and any inter-park connection. We confirm the operating route and total before booking.

• Which airport and airstrip will we use?

  Your confirmation names them. Arusha Airport is not Kilimanjaro International Airport; similarly, different safari airstrips can be far apart.

• Are flights nonstop?

  Not necessarily. Scheduled safari services can make intermediate stops, and some journeys require a connection. The actual routing is checked before ticketing.

• What baggage is allowed?

  Use the allowance and bag requirements of the booked carrier and aircraft. Camera equipment, oversized bags and mobility equipment need advance discussion.

• Is the game-drive vehicle private?

  Only if the quotation says so. Some camp-based programmes share vehicles with other guests.

• Will we see a migration river crossing?

  No particular sighting is guaranteed. Seasonal Serengeti routing is planned around the area you want to visit and current camp and airstrip operations.

• Are walks, balloons or boat trips included?

  Only if specifically listed and confirmed for the park, provider, conditions and traveller eligibility.

• What if a flight changes?

  We review the transfer and accommodation implications with the carrier and suppliers. The applicable ticket and booking terms govern changes; an onward connection is not automatically guaranteed.

• Can we change the return destination?

  Yes, enquire about Zanzibar, Arusha or another suitable connection. Routes, availability and prices must be rechecked.

• How much does the trip cost?

  Price on request. Tell us dates, traveller numbers and comfort preference for a quotation that identifies the flights and room-sharing basis.
